The Reality of the Situation
Through this series of images, I aim to illustrate how imagery is curated, sanitized, and presented in post-production. How simple and subtle cleanup prepares an image for consumption - much like a meal. The images we consume and are fed are not slices of reality just because they are photographic. They are highly altered, cleaned, and thoughtfully constructed.
